Each team shall consist of ten (10) players; five (5) boys and five (5) girls, the ages being:-
- One (1) boy and one (1) girl – 18 years and under
- Two (2) boys and two (2) girls – 16 years and under
- Two (2) boys and two (2) girls – 14 years and under
- The Age Groupings are determined as the ages of the players as at 31 January 2024.
